  The experience with Truist overall is by far THE WORST I’ve ever encountered with ANY BUSINESS!! Before Truist I was with Suntrust for over 5 years with absolutely NO problems but once Truist bought out Suntrust the nightmare began. Truist sent my debit card to the wrong address and refused to verify with me where the card was sent, not to mention the card was activated and USED. Luckily the transactions were declined but now my account is blocked I can’t get any of MY OWN money even going inside the branch. Truist is a JOKE! Run while you can because everyone is either clueless or not helpful. 0 STAR and I will be getting in contact with the BBB

  Worst bank ive ever dealt with no one answers the phone. They dont have temp debit cards now i have very limited access to my account and i work till 5 they clise at 4. 3 strikes y r out

  Two worst in counters already this year and always dealing with the same two tellers that don’t even help, don’t be doing there job and love to humiliate colored people. The worst service you can have here.

  They are so rude and inept. They should disclose their service fees and link accounts. They are the only institution that has ever charged me a fee for not enough transactions in a month. I only gave them 1 star because 0 was not an option.

  Patty helped me to open a savings and was very thorough about all my options and things to consider for my future finances. She really showed me that she wants me to be more confident with money by providing great service and communication.
