      Entire staff above teller need to re-learn what service means. They don’t really care about you or care to serve you. The small things add up in relationships- good or bad. Unfortunately if you are a client of Hancock all the small things adding up are always bad. Suggest anyone else reading this look elsewhere for their financial services.
