  Went to the branch at 205 South Florida ave. The staff was great and very helpful. I love doing business there. The staff is very informative with updates and the service is great.

  This Company is Horrible! I wish my fiance would be able to get out of his contract with them. First they lack in customer service, every time you ask to speak to a supervisor they tell you that there busy and all you really want to do is resolve the problem your having because of lack of communication on the employee side. I don't know how many times I have to contact them just to do a simple thing like updating a payday change that initially thought that they did when you called and emailed the right information but still you're having them take it out on the wrong date. This is just scratching the surface of the issues we are having. I just can't wait for us to pay off our vehicle to be done with them!

  Really nice bank! Especially for being in downtown! I love coming through to do simple bank transactions!
