  I just want to say David Bennett was the best! He helped to refinance our home and we had a difficult case he was always on top of things, my husband is fluent in Spanish and he was always willing to accommodate a interpreter for him.   I cannot say enough good things about Michael Gruber at community west mortgage. Buying a house in this denver market was supposed to be scary and stressful, but Michael was able to hold our hands every step of the way. He worked extremely hard to get us a mortgage in the first place which changed our lives! He was communicative, responsive and got stuff done on a tight deadline. We have worked with other mortgage companies before, and Michael blew them out of the water with his kind and personable disposition. We did not just feel like another client, and NEVER felt like we were inconveniencing him, which I have experienced with brokers at other firms. We have been recommending Michael to everyone we know looking for a mortgage, and will definitely return to him if/ when we need another one.
