  I will never use this title company again. The seller of a property had to complete his on leg work to help collect paperwork, he had to make call the Madison County Recorder’s Office, contact previous owners. He even had to hire a real estate attorney. It is in my opinion all of the service you expect the title company to do. The communication was horrible. It seemed as if there was always someone else who had to answer the question we had. Again I will never use this company.

  Bianca, When Deeds are done without Attorneys or Title Companies, you will oftentimes encounter trouble down the road. Since the Deeds were prepared by an individual they were prepared incorrectly and the title was not transferred properly, nor were the Deeds insured. I would suggest they use a Realtor and Title Company or Attorney in the future. This would've eliminated the trouble you're encountering and the Ownership would be insured. We're here to help clean up the title issues, but there will be work on seller's end that they'll have to do to clean up this title that is broken. With the industry at an all-time high, we try to prioritize what we feel is a viable closing and at this point, this one is not.

  I spent over an hour looking for a notary and I went to this business here and they did it for free and it smells awesome and the people are very very friendly. I'm definitely going to take my house purchase to them

  I sent them a deal on 11/27. We asked for a mid December closing date. Not only did they not close on the property on time, they barely responded to emails, gave us any updates without us having to call them for it, and caused us to lose the deal due to their unprofessionalism. They claimed the issue was that they were too busy. Well here's a grand idea. How about you don't accept new business when you know you don't have the capacity to ensure the best professional service for your clients. Shame on you. I do not recommend.

  They are the best! Top notch title company! I do all my local business with Community. Everyone is super helpful especially the manager Michelle. She is wonderful and I love her and so do my clients!

  We've bought a few houses over the years and I've never thought much of the title company until now! These guys were amazing. The experience was so smooth and, with Covid-19 protections in place, there were no concerns with any part of the process. The staff was so helpful and the whole process was streamlined and efficient without leaving us feeling rushed or slighted in the least. Every home-buy should be this positive.

  Has had the title to my house for 2 months with no real reason of why.Leave messages for Jennifer, she never calls back. Initially said my title work would take 2 weeks way back in February. I would not recommend . Michelle I have been calling every week and I keep getting the run around from your employees.So no I dont have my title in my hand so it is not 2 weeks it's going on a month in a half.My landlord calls me every couple of days to check if I've heard any thing , he is going on 90 years old he wants to get this over with.
