      Love this bank and all its employees. HOWEVER their ATM is a GD joke. Never works, eats my card for no reason. Once ate it screen never changed I sat n panicked for a good 10 min n it randomly spit it out ... I don't wanna know how much I've spent just on ATM fees

      I canceled my account here years ago. I had to go cash two checks today from different clients and it cost $7 per check to cash them. so that's $14 to cash two checks because I'm not a member there anymore. A check is supposed to be considered cash if somebody writes you a check you should be able to go to their Bank and cash the check without paying an exorbitant fee! CNB bank is a much better Bank and does not charge stupid fees. In conclusion canceling my membership to there was one of the best things I could have done

      Since closing the location at Alton Square Mall, the wait time at the Godfrey location has become absolutely ridiculous. Not enough employees working drive thru customers. All lanes open and I waited 25 minutes to get thru the lane for a deposit and this was not the first time that I have had to wait that long for service. Seriously considering pulling my accounts and going elsewhere at this point.

      Slowest bank in the nation. Not just this location. All their locations. Lines here are massive. They are still COVID scared and won’t allow any business inside. If you own a business I’d look to bank elsewhere. Btw To the owner for responding ... that’s a sad generic response you send out to blow people off and try hyping up your services.

      We have banked with US Bank for years, and we give them 5 stars. Their employees are always very helpful and friendly. Today I needed some paperwork for my mom, and Ryan and Shonda at the State Street branch couldn’t have been more helpful.

      This bank has serious issues with the drive thru. It by far, is the slowest and doesn’t matter the time of day. I could be the only person in line and they take FOREVER. It makes no sense.
