Deb Higgins, Amanda Higgins, and Jessica Zarantonello provided top tier service and made the home buying process, far less stressful for me. They were always quick to respond to my emails, phone calls, and to keep me informed on every step of the process. They even respond on the weekends, that’s how dedicated these amazing ladies are. Other mortgage companies pale in comparison to this place, from my home buying experience! They really do work with your home buying situation, no matter how unique it is.   I highly recommend Flat Branch. Deb & Amanda are extremely knowledgeable and made sure my first home purchase was a quick, easy, and painless process . I closed on my dream home 30 days after my offer & on the exact date I had requested. I couldn’t have had any better service or team to make sure the job got done quickly and efficiently. Deb answered any and all questions and was quick to get the balling rolling with each step in the purchasing process. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

  Deb has closed several loans for me over the years. However, none of them were as complex as the last one. She was faced with obstacles that most lenders do not encounter and most of them happened the Friday before my Monday closing (none of which were in her control, but my fault completely). Deb worked tirelessly to get my loan closed. She is a ROCKSTAR! Trust me when I say, she is your gal to make sure you close your loan, and on time!
