  When my investors clients need hard money for their flip property, I recommend Yossi and Victor. They know my ARV ( after repair value) are not exaggerated when I find properties for my clients and they give my clients the best possible deals. Victor makes sure the contractors are not cutting corners and everyone is happy at the closing and my clients can’t wait to do it again. Primlico Capital is not looking for what a I call a hit and run deal, ( a one time deal) They want their clients to become repeat customers which is in line with my philosophy. In a strong market, everyone you work with is a hero, but in a down turn market, the team you put together (Agent, lender, contractor) makes all the difference. They can make you or break you.   Working with Pimlico has been a pleasure! They are easy to communicate with and really convenient to work with throughout the lending process. Pimlico closes fast and there client portal and draw process is as simple as it gets. Working on multiple projects at a time is much more manageable when funded by Pimlico. They relieve a lot of the headaches that can arise when dealing with other Hard Money Lenders.

  I have worked with many many lenders but Pimlico leaves them all in their dust. First of all you are dealing with good people and to me that’s more Important then anything else in this business.   After dealing with numerous lenders for several weeks, I ended getting my deal funded with Pimlico. As a novice in the private money lending process, it was a process to say the least, with the number of competitive firms overpromising and underdelivering, but Pimlico was able to stand behind the quote they provided and got the deal done for me in the end. Eli, Michael, and Chaim were all key but a special thanks to my processor, Chaim who worked late, early and everything in between to expedite my closing in this rapid moving rate environment we are currently in.   I just closed a transaction, This is my first experience with Pimlico group . I am quite pleased. they have good team and well organized.
