  I was working with Amari today on getting a secured credit card. After working with her I was approved for a unsecured credit card instead. She was very efficient and thorough. I’ve been banking with Community Choice for almost 5 years now and never had any issues with them.

  Friendly and professional. The team members at Community Choice are looking out for our best interest. They have great follow up and are family oriented. I am happy we made the switch. Amari has been an amazing Advisor.

  Danielle and Raven were having a hard time with my bonds that i brought in i had to go get dog food with the money just deposited i tried and they said my card was declined they called me and told me what was going and made the funds available so i could get my dog food, and continued trying to fix the problem, they were beyond amazing and i'm very thankful to call this place MY bank, they're truly amazing here and i highly recommend this bank !   I have been a member for 30 years. Ever since I was 16 and Community Choice has just gotten better over time. No fees, they give you money for your birthday, they give you money in a rewards account to use over the course of the year as long as you have met certain criteria ( checking account, savings account, direct deposit, etc.) comes in handy at the end of the year. Who doesn’t like free money?? The staff is always very helpful and kind to your needs. They have many locations in Michigan. They have a banking app that is awesome and easy to use. I highly recommend Community Choice Credit Union for all your banking needs!

  I love community choice credit union! From my experience of the few years that I’ve been a member. CCC has been nothing but, helpful and very informative. The staff has been excellent and a lot of times go out there way to help. I’m glad to be a member and I don’t have anything negative or bad to say!

  A Loud shout out of praise to Iesha Jackson at your Ann Arbor Trail, Livonia Branch. I opened up 3 savings accounts for my 3 grandsons with her today. Iesha was exceptional in her patients in navigating/opening 3 separate accounts. I felt like I was visiting a friend, sharing laughs while she opened the account(s) made my day extra special. I had a number of other things that needed her attention and Iesha remained calm, professional and most importantly KIND throughout my visit. I’m a stickler for detail and she delivered a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ experience. I left knowing I was a valued customer and my Grandsons accounts opened flawlessly. Iesha Jackson you are a GEM 💎

  The team at this location is always super friendly and helpful. I’ve worked with Amari a few times now and she always suggests products and services that would benefit me and is never pushy about it. I’d suggest this credit union for anyone looking for a new bank.
