  If I could give zero stars, I would. The online banking never works right and password needs to be reset constantly. The mobile app is very basic and barbaric compared to my main banks app. The worst parts are their loan department and their support for online and mobile banking. Customer service is hit or miss in person. They only have 1 location now and closed their other locations for a reason. Think about that

  FEES FEES FEES! Terrible online banking, app is garbage. This was by far the worst experience I have had with a banking institution. Been with them almost five years and the last year and a half has been atrocious. Their rates are pretty mediocre as well. Try Evansville Teachers Credit Union if you aren't turned off by an entirely online experience. They have really great APRs.

  I have been a member of this credit union for multiple years now. Overall it’s been an alright experience. The main problem I have is the online banking / app absolutely sucks! It lacks so many important features that many other banks / credit unions have. I will be closing my account and moving my money elsewhere due to this reason.

  If i could rate this place zero stars I would. Every other week it seems like I have some issue with this place. Today my card gets declined with a purchase i had more than enough money to cover once again. I tried to log into the app to see what was wrong and I could not access the app. Tried to call someone who also is a member and they could not access their account as well. This place is not worth the stress and poor service.

  What a SCAM operation! After 12 months of not using a savings account they started charging me $5 PER MONTH 'dormant acct fee'. I'm not sure if this is even legal but I know it isn't moral!!

  I will never do business with this credit union again. Loyal 10+ year customer and I walked with all my account balances, over $18 dollars. Poor customer service. Update: I see your response to call you. I did call. I also drove to the branch and both times I was not helped. Flat out told "no" we can't help. And if you respond to reviews, you should leave a phone # to be helpful if you really do want to help others.

  CACU is a great bank, they match or beat car loans from any other credit unions. The staff is really nice and helpful on the phone and emails. The only cons are its online banking website, which is difficult to work with and they only have one branch. So the best option is to set up an auto auto-pay. I never had any problems with CACU in the 3-year duration of my loan.

  The rates have been good and the associates are friendly. Their software and the mistakes they make are disgusting. They will send you a confirmation in the mail for a transaction you don't make. The ATM malfunctions regularly. I end up going into the bank to complete the transaction. I needed emergency money after hours and the machine just retained my card for no reason. Watch every detail of what you do with this credit union.

  I’ve been going to this credit union for 10+ years and they are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they only report to Equifax. My Equifax score is 24 points higher than my Trans Union score because of this. I wouldn’t recommend taking out a credit card or loan with them because it likely isn’t going to help your credit score across the board. Edit/// Now 1 star. Depositing checks with your phone no longer works “amount entered doesn’t match amount detected” Photo is clear as day. I also never received a new debit card I ordered over a month ago. Can’t wait to switch banks.

  The services seem ok. I honestly don't use them enough. The issue I have with them is when I finally get connected to the one lady's extension, her tone is as if I'm inconveniencing her or if she's irritated. It's happened more than once. Quite a few times I thought about leaving the credit union for that reason. Her customer service could use some work
