  Great service! Just signed up with them yesterday however they have worked with me for a week to ensure I was able to get everything I needed for my car loan. With the credit I have they were the only ones to approve me! Thank You Parkside credit union for giving me a chance. Update: it’s been 8 months since I obtained my car note with Parkside and they have been amazing!!! I just refinance my car line and my interest rate dropped from 22% to 3.74%. I instantly saw a change in my car note amount! I love it here!!! Thank you again Parkside Credit Union for seeing what I’m working with and meeting me where I am at, and bringing me to where I want to be 🙌🏾

  This credit union is an phenomenal branch that is equipped with amazing staff and resources to best fit their customers. Especially one of their workers Melinda Dixon, she is one of the most exceptional loan specialist within the company that I have experienced who goes above and beyond working with her customers. She makes sure that she can meet their needs if not always find alternatives to best support them. I have been with Parkside Credit Union for 25+ years and have loved their service.

  Had an account here for over 15 years. They were great for awhile and then their customer service took a turn for the worse. They started to show their true side. I wound not finance anything or have any type of account with them ever again. I would give Parkside Credit Union 0 stars if I could…

  Lynne was wonderful when we went in to apply for our new camper loan. She made us feel so comfortable, we are now in the process of transferring all of our accounts to this credit union. Once our application went to underwriting, Melinda Dixon worked hard to get us the Lowest interest rate on the camper we wanted. She stayed in constant communication, and took great care of us! I will be using them for all future purchases!

  Shady practices when you sign up for their credit cards or auto loans. They've become just another "big bank" nickel and diming their shareholders. New debit cards are a sham and only work at parkside ATM's.

  I've been a member with Parkside for almost 20 years. My transactions are always handled quickly and accurately by the friendly staff. Lynne, in particular, always goes above and beyond with any extra help I might need, she is very professional, polite and always makes my member experience enjoyable.

  Recently opened a auto loan with parkside credit union. Samantha was very helpful, answered all my questions, and was super friendly. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.

  Parkside Credit Union is the worst bank/Credit Union I have ever used and I have used many. First off their app is absolutely terrible and it's always down or unavailable. Their mobile deposit sucks and its extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone in this bank after branches are closed. Trust me go elsewhere there are so many better banks and credit unions out there. I thought Parkside would be convenient for me since I lived down the street from a branch but it has been nothing but a hassle since I joined and I will be closing down all my accounts very soon as I have been very pleased with DFCU so far. P.S this review has nothing to do with this branch. I am simply providing a review of this credit union as a whole . I honestly really have nothing good to say about my experiences with Parkside.

  Over the last 3 months any messages I'd leave for the staff went unanswered. Left another message last night, figured they might be busy, called and immediately got a member service representative on the phone. A second overdraft fee was processed on my account this is something she swears has always been policy, yet after going through my records I find no indication this has happened in the past 3 years I've had an account with them. I used to recommend this credit union to everyone, but customer service has dramatically declined. When I told the representative that I felt I'd need to close my account with them she basically just said that's my choice and that there was no one else I could contact further to discuss the matter.

  Take the time to read this it might save your time and money. I had one of the worst experiences at this credit union. It was my first time taking a loan out to buy a car, I'm a young college student and I was scared to do it on my own but I thought there would be someone there to help me along the way but man was I absolutely wrong. I dealt with Rachel Cotter I believe her last name is and she is one of THE rudest and unprofessional individuals I've EVER met. She was so unhelpful, she made me feel like I was bothering her and NEVER returned my phone calls. After two months of going back and forth with this women I found a car I loved and wanted to get a loan to take out so I could purchase it... She gave me the hardest time and at the end of our conversation requested that I take my business elsewhere. I was just taken back by this whole experience. Thankfully in the same day, I found a DIFFERENT credit union who worked with me and made me feel like I was part of their family. They didn't give me a hard time, they were very professional and all around a wonderful credit union that I now belong too. I don't want to speak for every employee at ParkSide considering I only dealt with this witch. But, she made my experience one I will never forget and not in a good way. I took my business elsewhere and I'm SO happy I did. Lower interest rate by more than half and all around an amazing experience. So thank you Rachel, if it wasn't for your ignorant attitude and unprofessionalism I probably would never be this happy with my brand new car. :-)
