  The young man that worked with me to apply for a loan was VERY professional. I can't believe how smoothly everything went. He took me through and explained each each step. After the paperwork was done, he called me almost exactly as he said he would to let me know if the loan was approved. He had everything ready for my signature when i returned. He is an excellent employee and an asset to your company

  Perfect combination of professional big bank with the town home bank feel. As a formed banker I know the difference and I was impressed enough to open a checking as well and will be moving my bill pay accounts for MECU. Thank you for a great experience!

  I worked with Wendy Marquette on obtaining a HELOC and the experience was fantastic. She answered all my questions and processed the loan quickly and efficiently. Wendy was extremely professional and the entire experience was excellent.

  Got a new auto loan to buy a car from an online dealer. I started the process on the website, had a few phone calls that were polite and amazing, and was able to quickly pick up the check I needed from them without difficulty.

  The process of filling out the holiday helper loan application was easy and straightforward. I was able to hear back from someone from the credit union right away. They were able to get me approved and give me my funds all in the same day. The process was quick, easy and pain free.

  We couldn't ask for better service. We are so grateful to Lisa for helping us through this loan process, especially when she found our mistake in the amount of the loan. (We included the out of state sales tax in the amount of the loan.) She corrected that and had the papers ready for us to sign the next day. Everyone in the office was very courteous and helpful. What a great place to do business!

  Sneaky. Financed my Dodge Ram through them, made every payment/never missed or paid late. Called them in February regarding interest rates/account information (knowing my vehicle would be paid off in October). The representative told me, “everything looked great!” and it would be senseless to lower your interest rate due to paying primarily principle until the last payment in October. I was ok with that, but wanted a definitive answer when my vehicle would be paid off. She assured me that “yes, October your vehicle would be paid off”. Fast forward to September (now), I receive a statement saying I have a +$1,200 balance. I call them back to address the matter and they tell me I have 3 more payments left (which would take me into December). They give me a shoulder shrugging answer, that the past rep. was wrong and it is what it is. So I’ll apparently be donating just under a grand to this company. Wish everyone the best! God bless!

  I've been with MECU for as long as I can remember..I have never had a problem getting an auto loan or a personal loan. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.I want to personally thank Andrew for a very quick turnaround on my auto loan. You guys are the best. I will never go anywhere else
