He knows the lay of the land, knows which lenders work the best for your specific criteria, has an underwriting team that will diligence & prep your file beforehand, and then neatly present it to the applicable lenders to ensure you get the best shot to close. If you're on top of it, organized, and quick, Commercial Finance Partners will be a breeze to work with and can efficiently close. They will be on top of it and help you out, especially as a first time borrower.

  When other lenders turns down a difficult loan, These guys pick up the ball and take it to the goal line. We spent a lot of money and time getting everything our first lender asked of us to meet all of their requirements and, over a year and a half later just to end up having them say no they were not interested in the type of loan we needed. Within 30 days of working with Commercial Finance Partners they brought two new lenders to the table with commitment letters. A few months later, and we closed on our first CNC Machine shop.
