  Dylan Betcher A Loan Officers with an extraordinary critical ability to think outside of the box My home mortgage refinance was completed on time, with less than expected closing cost, and in less than 30 days due to Dylan's ability to provide solutions to any situation which may have delayed my mortgage refinance. Due to the requirements of my employer to travel nationwide travel during the home refinance period. Dylan's us of a mobile closing/notary service was instrumental in completing my mortgage refinance on time, with lower-than-expected closing cost, and within 30 days. Prior to working with Dylan, I had attempted to refinance my mortgage with 5 different loan officer/organizations with little or no success, utilizing the same terms in which Dylan's was able to complete on time, with lower-than-expected closing cost, and within 30 days.

  My family and I recently purchased a new home and Reach Home Loans is who we decided to go with for our lender. We worked directly with Byron, Brandon and Jourdan during the process. It was seamless and easy. Byron was my main point of contact and he never hesitated to answer my random text messages with questions I may have had that came up later. Jourdan helped with getting all of the information over to the underwriters and always made sure we were taken care of. Great group to work with and we would highly recommend for new home buyers!

  THANK YOU to Reach Home Loans!! I worked directly with Byron and Chris and they were beyond helpful throughout our first home buying process. They were extremely kind, informative and most of all, patient! I had A LOT of questions as a first time home buyer, and Chris and Byron were always there for me.   What can I say? I couldn’t have dreamt of a better team to assist with the refinance of my property! From the very beginning, Dylan and team remained in contact and thoroughly explained the process during every step.   Brandon and Chris were phenomenal with us. They were very friendly and helpful. Their communication was on point with us through the home buying process.   Brandon at Reach is hands down the best lender we have ever worked with! He called us on a Sunday morning and got us pre-qualified with a DU in about an hour. We have seen in all of our transactions that the lender is the key to a seamless experience, and that is exactly what Reach Home Loans provides. Very fast, very efficient, very helpful. We were hesitant about the homebuying process at first because we have income from a few side businesses and it seemed complicated to get approved, since we were keeping another property, but Brandon brought it all together so easily and understood the financing requirements no problem.
