  Dave and Mary worked extremely hard successfully assisting my company in obtaining interim financing and refinancing my real estate to get the working capital we needed to move forward. Dave is very professional and knows what he is doing. He helped me every step of the way, guided me through the process, and we closed the deal in less than a month. Mary worked behind the scenes and made sure every t was crossed and i was dotted. She is great under pressure and made the process easy to get through.
