And during my last visit, Britt went above and beyond to accommodate me. It’s that friendly attitude that keeps me coming back. The services are great as well!

And Ms. Britt is great at what she does no wonder she has been around for six years outstanding work. I can’t lie every lady that works at that bank is awesome . Shawna great work with picking your staff.

Emmanuel Hamby1Little did I realize, 5 years ago I made the biggest financial and long-term mistake I have ever made when I opened a checking account and savings account with commerce bank. Biggest mistake ever is quite a statement, one I and most every other review on here seem to agree with. They don't care about their customers, service is horrendous, and they will violate you with every fee they can possibly squeeze in hoping you won't notice.

Lauren C1Slowest branch I have ever been to. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or a training one. The teller I just worked with told me to “sign this” and walked away but neglected to give me a pen to do so. Inconsistent. Some ask for my license, most don’t. I don’t know if it’s a requirement or not but they all need to be on the same page. The ATMs NEVER WORK. I don’t trust them anymore and no longer use them. I only go to this branch when I have to because it is conveniently located but it is never a fast stop and I usually go out of my way to go to another.

Keaunna Thompson1WORST BRANCH EVER!!! ONLY GO TO THIS BRANCH IF IT IS YOUR LAST RESORT... HOWEVER NEVER DEPOSIT A CHECK AT THIS LOCATION. THEY'RE ALWAYS TRYING TO PUT A 7 DAY HOLD ON CHECK DEPOSITS. The 1st time it happened, their excuse was the check was so large they wanted to make sure it cleared... I understand that. The 2nd time I had triple the amount of the check in my account & they still placed a 7 day hold on the check. I thought that was crazy but I didn't worry about it since I wasn't in any financial hardship. However, the 3rd time it became a problem. Especially when they couldn't give me a legitimate reason why they're placing it on hold. I called customer service to see if i had a hold on my account or if it was a reason that my checks had to be held for 7 days & they couldn't find anything in the system. I ended up asking for my check back and going to another location where I had no problems.

Byron Baird1Lazy employees that chat while you wait. 3 employees at open windows and only one of them helping anyone(thank you Oliver). A deposit I made at this location mysteriously was erased from my account the next day. This caused several other transactions to not go through. Do not use this location.

David Reyes5Shawna Burns is manager at this location and she save. My account from a major future fraudulent charges up $2,000. I devote my life to her knowing I will never ever get to repay for her services.
