  They are very dishonest and lie.They are sneaky and also the ower try to make me get a car title to a car that was towel back and i was making payments on that they took back. That is against the law to give a car title to a person who u took a car back from that didn't keep it and also wasn't making payments on it anymore so there it wasn't my car it was still there until i brought it.

  I went to this dealership to look at a blue 2003 or 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. A sales person told me that the car was $7K and the down payment was $1,000. The dealership had a Chevy Monte Carlo SS for the same or different price but they wanted a $2,000 down payment. After they ran a credit check on me, I was told that I needed $2,500 down on ANY car on the lot even though this is a buy here pay here lot. Why would I put that much down for when I could buy a car for that much. They say that they guarantee financing but in this case, they didn't guarantee anything for me. I won't be doing any business with them after this experience.

  We strive to get everyone approved, unfortunately sometimes it requires a higher down payment due to credit history. You can always come in and we can pull your paperwork to see what may have happened and we can discuss.

  Went into kwik a couple of weeks ago , sherry helped me she was great ! Didnt want no , or i’ll be back for an answer which I completely loved ! Because at that moment i knew she was determined to help me ! And she was got me approved and worked with me through the whole process of the way ! Finally getting to drive off today thanks to sherry and the rest of the staff at kwik auto !!!!

  I'm editing my review because the company reached out to me and rectified the situation. Mistakes happen. That's a part of life but when a company does their best to rectify a situation and takes the time to actually apologize, then that shows the true character of the company and it's employees. Sometimes all it takes is going the extra mile and this company did that. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and I would like to just say thank you for reaching out to me.   In the light of all that's going on at the moment. They dont work with you one bit when it comes to payments. Was in contact with them the entire time. Only missed 2 payments. They would never take a partial payment either. It was all or none. And tammy is so dang rude all of the time.

  Made cosigning a breeze. Got my brother his first car at an amazing monthly prize. I have referred several people already. Price given to my brother was not the monthly it was the biweekly and was explained to both myself and young brother falsely.

We set payments up to your pay date schedule to make it easy for everyone to make payments. If your pay dates change we are definitely willing to adjust your payment schedule to those dates.

  Do not buy from this dealer. Customer Service is horrible and they stole $170 from my friend. First time buyer and she put cash though the night box. The staff claimed they never got the payment. Sad that you can’t even be honest and put the payment towards my friends car instead you pocket the money. And plus read the responses from the owner. Unprofessional!!!

  There are only 2 people that check the night drop here and if cash is ever left we call and ask that future night drop payments are money order. We would like to discuss the issue with your friend. We have checked all of our customer records and can not find anything where a customer has complained that this has happened. Please have your friend call and speak with the office manager in regards to this matter so we can get it sorted out.
