  It's 11-21-2020 at 8:25am I've got here 10mins early which was 7:50am in the drive thru, online & on the window it say they open at 8am. I'm still sitting here waiting the tube hasn't dropped the guy pulled in next slot a few mins after 8am he hit the button & nothing. I've been banking here for year's & always experienced great customer service but this is an inconvenience. Especially when you have an 9am appt & I've been sitting here now 41min it's 8:31am I Pray I can make it to my appt without any issues. I definitely did not expect this.

  I have been a member for over 15years. It is like any other establishment, some days are great and others are frustrating. I do not like the over drafted fees when the money is available in the savings and can be taken from there when needed. I think that is not fair. I have needed my card pin reset so many times I just gave up....Other than that I really have no other issues...

  Anthony Mondaine he was very helpful to me he want over and beyond to help me I had a medical issue and he was able to understand what I need and got it done with no questions asked. He work out all my issues I was have with my account. I really appreciate everything he did.

  I HATE this bank. They rude, they slow, they always ready to walk out the door a 4:00. They lock the doors real early. They charge $1 just to call and get questions on your account. Can not stand this bank and will never bank with them EVER again!!!!

  I was trying to open a new account with them. They were nice in person but I was told twice that they would give me call back to see if I could get the new account going and that was weeks ago. That's all the signs I need, no thanks I'll go somewhere else.
