      Jesse Hardin is the absolute best. Truly a God send. He is very professional, honest and will work with you on any situation. Very easy to talk to and I felt like I have known him for years. I brought my friend in with her Grandkids and he was so nice to accommodate them while I look for a vehicle. Because of him and his knowelge of the business, I purchased a car today. Thank God for Jesse Hardin! He was the best car salesman I've ever worked with.

      I purchased a car from there 3 years ago. I came in a couple of months ago desiring to do a trade in. I wanted to deal with someone specifically, and he rudely told me no and that I needed to work with his coworker. I was appalled at the way I was treated. I was even told that I couldn’t test drive a car I wanted because I needed to have my credit ran first, which was interesting, because 3 years ago I test drove my car with NO ISSUES and my credit WASN’T ran beforehand. When I made clear that I decided against starting the process for the new car after all, everyone just walked away from me, and didn’t even say bye. I’m guessing in frustration that I wasn’t a “sale.” Nonetheless, I am now in an even better position to do a trade in, but it won’t be done here. Very unfortunate considering that they have what I want, but I will find it elsewhere. Not everyone will be a “sale,” and these guys need to learn good customer service skills and how to RESPECT that.

First I want to personally thank you for your business and for coming back in when you were looking to trade in your current vehicle. I am sorry that you feel you were treated rudely because that is not the Jeremy Franklin way of treating any of our customers, whether they purchase from us or from somewhere else. The environment is different now than it was 3 years ago and a few changes were made to help protect the interest of our business, but they were never established to discourage or prevent anyone from test driving one of our vehicles. The decision whether to purchase or not to purchase is Always the customer's choice. Our policy is to never treat any of our customers with anything but courtesy and respect while answering all of their questions. I will have my Store manager reach out to you in the next 2 days.       We came in looking to buy a brand new car. Unfortunately we had some credit issues, but Stacey did everything in his power to get us a new car and on the road. He showed us all our options and what to do to better our odds. We drove off today with a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander. Which is exactly what we wanted.

      After you buy the car, they will not call you back. I have been waiting for a check from them for 10 months now and have had to be a nag and call and call and call... I feel like a crazy lady, but they keep dropping the ball! The Jeep that we purchased is pretty good. There is work that has had to be done within the first 5 months of purchasing, so I can't speak to how well they service their vehicles before you purchase them, because this is an issue that should've been addressed previously.

      We bought our 2015 outlander from Jeremy Franklin and when it came time for our first oil change we took it in to the Jeremy Franklin service department. They were so fast and very friendly! We were able to get an appointment just when we needed it, which is so nice when you have to schedule around work. We had a couple questions about our car and the technician was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of them. We'll definitely return! Thanks!!

      Jesse Hardin was the first person we met, he was friendly but a tad shifty, Josh was the paperwork guy that we did loan papers with..very unprofessional, was in a huge hurry, did not answer questions. Being first time buyers I would have appreciated some respect about what we did and didn't know. When I did have a question the next day Josh was very rude and dismissive. Will not deal with this dealership again unless absolutely necessary. Our car is nice and we are happy with it. I just hope there is another Mitsubishi dealership that we can deal with.

      They sucked, after a few days they wanted the car back because they declined the proof of address. Didn't give the down payment back. I will never do business with them again

      Mr. Hawkins, when you signed the contract for purchase, you agreed to the terms and conditions of the loan, which included providing a valid driver’s license and proof of address. Our requests for these documents were ignored and not provided. When you finally returned to the dealership with the car, it had front end damage and over 1200 miles put on it within the 2 weeks it was in your possession. The $500 deposit/down payment you left did not cover the mileage usage or the damage to the front end. You decided not to complete the transaction for the loan and left the $500 which is a fraction of the actual amount owed. Your review is misleading.

      Stacey Stillwell was a great sales person and help me to get a great suv. Mitsubishi is a great company and their cars are really good.. I traded in my 10 year Eclipse and never had any problems with it. Love the product and the people
