  Our home buying process was so quick and easy with Colten Mortgage! Absolutely great communication. Any questions or concerns I had were answered right away. I could contact them at anytime of the day and get a response in a timely manner. I never once felt excluded. I truly felt as if they cared about our thoughts and opinions. Jim went out of his way to help us more times than I can count. Absolutely great guy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not only did we get the house of our dreams with the help of Jim and the Colten Mortgage team but we also made a few friends along the way. This team was friendly, communicated frequently with us on the status of our loan, immediately resolved any issues, and made the stressful process of purchasing a home the most pleasant it could have been.   We have been looking to refinance for months due to the fact that we were extremely unhappy with our previous lender. From day one, everyone at Colten worked tirelessly to ensure that we received the best rate, and set us up for the best long term financial situation we could possibly be in. They ran all scenarios we asked them to run, and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met even beyond that. What could be a super stressful experience was absolutely seamless.
