      I came in to open a business account, spoke with the employee about my business, but then I found that some of the info needed I did not have at the moment (the last business account I opened was with TD bank, and they did not require almost any of that) and the employee (Mark Graham) said the process to open such an account would take too long (he’d have to be on the phone for 6-7 hours, and it’d take up to three days). So I opened a regular checking. Employee began to inquire whether I’m employed - this after discussing my business - seemingly insinuating I was being disingenuous, which I found odd. The rest went smoothly. HOWEVER, I had a substantial check to deposit that day, and so I did, into my new account. Right after I deposited, the clerk informed me I wouldn’t have access to my money for effectively almost two weeks. I would not have deposited it had I known that. Plus I recently received a letter stating that the reason my deposit was delayed because Wells Fargo ‘believes that the check may not be paid’ (the clerk did not tell me that). I’ve received such checks for 12 years now, never had an issue with any bank I ever had. I suggest choosing a different bank from the many in the area, especially if you have an accent/have a foreign appearance.

      I've never worked so hard to give a bank money! Wells Fargo is truly wild! I had to interact with 4 different branches to finally get a checking account set up. At this branch, I waited 20 minutes for my first appointment. I didn't have all the documentation needed. So, I made a follow-up appointment and waited another 20 minutes. Never acknowledged. Just sat in the lobby waiting. I would have become a skeleton sitting in a chair if I decided to wait it out. But after 20 minutes I left because my time is valuable. Maybe not to Wells Fargo, but it is to me. Nobody called. Nobody followed up to see why I never came in to finish setting up the account. But I will say, the woman teller at this branch was a doll and I wish I would have taken her name down. Long story short, I made an appointment with the Royal Oaks location and Scott Treloar was absolutely awesome. He's the only reason I have any respect left for Wells Fargo. If I had a choice, I would have chosen another bank entirely, but I'm stuck with WF for now.

      Mark Graham helped us with our wire transfer for our house down payment. He was very friendly and helped us immediately with our request. As we recently moved to the area from out of state he also provided us with a document to verify our address to help us get new TN licenses. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend working with Mark!

      Although I’ve had some very poor experiences with Wells in the past and literally have nicknamed an account “Wells Last Chance”, yesterday was a very pleasant surprise. We had a transaction that had to be done with a personal banker and Matthew Troconis was an absolute consummate professional during the process. High fives to him....Wells should consider using him as a training director. Got our business taken care of with utmost courtesy and respect. Will definitely go to him next time we need anything.

      Waiting time for service was terrible. I could not do a simple transaction on line and had to wait for an hour to speak to a teller.

      Arrogant and rude employees. My parents have been with Wells Fargo since the early 90's. The treatment my parents received was unacceptable. They are leaving Wells Fargo after almost 30 years because of the employees at the Franklin location.

      This is the best Wells Fargo in Nashville. I'm going to tell all of my friends to go bank with Jack at the Cool Springs location. The service is excellent. All of the tellers and bankers are very friendly. It's A 5 star experience every time.

      I can’t believe they won’t let you deposit cash ($550.00) into someone else’s is account!?? We was asked to go to Kroger and get a money order or cashier check so they could make the deposit ?? As a former banker I think this is crazy! No wonder there is only 4 branches in nashville ... this is the same bank that opened accounts- credit cards under clients name to meet their goal !!! All the frauds the bank managers and employee do in this bank surprise me how they have rules in depositing?? Maybe they can’t trust their own employees with the cash ???

      FIND ANOTHER BANK ALTOGETHER. Ridiculous policies. Unfriendly staff. CRAZY RATES. Have to wait for a banker to be free, the see a banker to present my ID and give them my thumbprint, see another banker with 2 forms of ID, just to cash a check. (without an account, that I refuse to get every time they badger me about it)

      Hassled that Ihave to show ID to deposit cash over $100.00. No other bank makes you show ID unless your taking cash out or withdrawing for the account. Took way longer to check ID when I was just depositing my cash into my account.
