  This is a really great bank. I've been a customer for many years and the staff at this branch had always been very friendly and helpful. From personal to business banking and safe deposit boxes to currency exchanges, this branch had always taken great care of me. There's plenty of parking, it's always very clean, and it's pretty rare for there to be a long line inside. Highly recommend this branch for sure.

  Worst US Bank I have ever been to!!! There is multiple people working but not one came to the window to try to help me or even ask me to please hold. I sat there for 20 minutes and NOTHING!

  I've been banking here for a few years now, and the staff have always been very kind and attentive. These guys go above and beyond my normal expectations. For one thing, they remember my name when I walk in the door, they always greet me with a smile, and they're always fast and efficient when doing their work. There are other banks closer to me, but I always choose to go to this location.

  I have been a loyal US bank customer for the better part of 22 years and never had an issue. Recently I fell on some hard times and struggled to get our accounts squared away. My account went into the negatives, and instead of charging me one or two fees and shutting down my account, so that it did not overdraft any further, US Bank charged me 28 overdraft fees at $36 dollars a pop. When I asked a branch manager, he told me that he agreed that these fees were excessive, but he would only refund 6 of them. He followed that up with the statement, "If I go speak to my boss, he is just going to say that this is what you signed up for, and your contract states you will be charged these types of fees." I am out $791 dollars and I have two kids. Two decades worth of a bank relationship has been completely thrown out the window.

  We recently moved to TN. Had US Bank in prior state. Wanted to open a senior checking and safe deposit box in our Family Trust name. Waited for 10 min only to be told two women did not know how to open an act for a Trust and their Manager was on vacation! Told us we could go to the Brentwood location without checking to make sure they knew how. Extremely poor customer service and poorly trained employees.
