  We cannot recommend Josh enough! He was extremely attentive and always, and I mean always, available to answer any questions. As first time home buyers in a crazy market, we needed a lot of guidance and Josh was there every step of the way. Josh went above and beyond for us in terms of keeping us up to date on the process, follow up and getting us the best rate on our mortgage. We wouldn’t be in our new home without him.

  Josh is the man to see if you're looking for a house. From day one, he made us feel like family and his positive attitude helped put our minds at ease during such an important time in life! He always had answers or could get back with any questions quickly - even took care of last minute details without hesitation which really impressed me because usually people only do this when they know it's needed (and believe me; we asked plenty).   We had the best experience with Josh and Cardinal Financial! He was always so pleasant to talk with, available for any questions we needed during our transaction (even when he wasn't at work), went above & beyond by making sure everything went smoothly.
