  We couldn't have been happier with our experience while working with our lender Adam Hirst. Adam was so easy to work with, he always responded in a timely manner and was very patient and informative while walking us through the home buying process. Adam contacted our home sellers real estate agent personally to give a personal recommendation for us as the buyers to help us get our offer accepted. Adam even worked with me after hours with a question I was concerned about the night before closing. Adam truly went above and beyond for us and we highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to refinance or who is in the process of looking to buy a home.   Adam with Colorado Lending got us the best rate and terms AGAIN!. Our lending experience was simply and easy. Adam genuinely cares of his clients and is able to provide them the best rate, while providing excellent customer service experience.   We have had a wonderful experience working with Adam through our refinance process.   I have been working with Adam Hirst for about 7 months. I was trying to buy my home during a sellers market and it took some time. With each house I put an offer on, Adam was always ready with a lender letter and all the goodies to go with it. Anytime I needed to ask a question, Adam was extremely responsive. Adam always took the time to explain each step to me and made it all understandable for someone who doesn't deal with these terms everyday. He did everything he could to make sure everything was as smooth as possible for me. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking for a lender. He is an all around great guy to work with and knows his stuff. Although I hope not to buy a house again any time soon, I would go to Adam if I did. Thank you Adam for all you did!

  Rob Burgan is like a dog with a bone, the man is relentless. I previously worked with a volume lender who I didn't hear from for 60 days, until I rescinded the loan. Rob checked in with me every day, and at times when he needed information to successfully close my loan, multiple times a day. It's reassuring to know you're working with someone who has your best interest in mind, and that doesn't just mean the best interest rate, it means the best loan for you. I'd recommend him to anyone.
