  Simple and easy to re-fi my existing loan. With almost no effort and great assistance, CCU helped me knock 3 points off my car loan and save $100 per month. Huge fan and appreciate how well I was cared for!

  I was having trouble with my account at CCU. I couldn't figure out how to work all of my features and was feeling a great deal of frustration. Lauren, a customer service agent, called me and worked with me until all of my issues were resolved. I couldn't be happier at this point with the service that CCU has provided me and I would highly recommend to friends or family in search of a loan or other services that CCU provides. Thank you CCU for making my experience a positive one.

  I have been a member of CCU way over 30 years and just had one of the best experinces on a car finance ever. A young lady by the name of Lauren P. at Downtown was the nicest and most Professional person I have dealt with in years. My wife even spoke of her kind even tone and laughter as we spoke. How many times have you conducted any type of business and its so "hurry up" or "I really don't want to do this right now"... Not with this lady, Lauren P. was kind, knowledgeable, took time with an old man that really appreciated it!!! By the way I'm in Tennessee not Colorado normally that's when its hard to get something done. Thank you Lauren & thank you CCU for being there.

  I am a small business owner and finding a bank that will truly work with you is challenging as many banks truly cater to corporate america and make promises they cannot deliver upon. I had enough of the large banks and went on the hunt seeking a credible financial institution that i can truly bank with. i called numerous Credit Unions as I had decided I needed to find a financial institution who is local and will truly help me grow and succeed. I made a check list as i called around and asked the hard questions. I ensured not to give any slack as I was seeking the best. During my search I stumbled upon Colorado Credit Union. I spoke to Terri Byassee who answered all of my questions and concerns. She was very personable and we truly felt her genuineness. She set up a meeting for my wife and I to sign up and go over what the Credit Union had to offer. Currently today I have been working with Colorado Credit Union for approximately the last 9 months. Over this period Colorado Credit Union has worked with my business to offer financing services to my customers for automobiles. I have watched and observed Terri's attentiveness and care to all of our customers as she guides them through the process and sets them up for success. It truly has been a breath of fresh air to work with a financial institution that truly demonstrates they care about their members. I'm truly excited about the future potential business products that CCU will offer for our continued growth. Keep up the great work Terri and Colorado Credit Union! I give 10 Stars!

  Lauren is absolutely amazing to work with and super accommodating. She helped me out with an auto loan and was able to help me navigate through some hurdles. I am now in the process of switching over my checking and savings accounts to Colorado Credit Union due to the awesome service I received!

  DO NOT finance a car loan with this credit union. When you go to trade in the car, they will tell the dealership the wrong amount to pay off the car, then will deny the check they receive for being $28 short. They will verbally refuse to contact the dealership to get it figured out. CCU will rely on you to play messenger. They lack customer service and common sense. Incompetent from the top down. They CHOOSE to be unhelpful. Highly advise you take your business elsewhere if you value your time because CCU certainly does not.

  I find the staff here very friendly and helpful. They have always done their very best to assist in any request. I would recommend banking with these wonderful people. The services they offer are exactly what I need.
