  An outstanding training program. Between the virtual academy portion and the in-person (i.e. LIVE training) boot camp, the CLBI training program is thorough, rigorous, and highly engaging.   Commercial Loan brokers are legit, I have experienced other so call training programs and they are nothing like this, they actually teach (guide) you through the program and then do ongoing coaching and keep you on track

After taking the Virtual Academy, and Boot Camp, I am confident I have all of the knowledge and tools I need to succeed in this industry. After the training, they provide ongoing coaching and support. The process of designing the website and brand was seamless. I am excited to launch my brokerage and start closing some deals.

  CLBI has a great system. I looked at 3 other programs and CLBI had the most to offer and were more online and engaged with their training than what the other programs offered. The ability to do part of the program at your own pace was very beneficial. The boot camp was great, too and the timing was more convenient than other programs.
