  We used Front Range Mortgage (FRM) last year, and things went very smooth. We decided to refi, and contacted FRM on Feb 11, 2021. Our closing kept getting pushed back, and finally nearly 2 months later we were ready to try to close. FRM told us that we would get our final docs 1 to 2 days before closing which never happened. The day of closing came, and we got a call from the Title company asking when they could come over. We told them we had cancelled because we never got a chance to see final docs. This time around this company was very wishy washy. I read more recent reviews about them with people having issues, but thought no way. Until it happened to us, and then I understood where people were coming from that said they had issued with FRM. If you are going to tell a customer something about the process by all means stick to that, but they didn't do that. Dealt with many companies before, and FRM unfortunately fell short on our expectations of a Mortgage company. Trust me when I say GO ELSEWHERE, and DON"T waste your time on this company.
