  I recently applied for an auto refinance and a credit card. I'm extremely pleased with the service I received. I applied for my auto refinance online and within one business day I was contacted by an associate. She assisted me in getting my refinance approved within a couple of days and also assisted with my credit card application. The service was fast and IMPECCABLE. I was offered products that fit my specific needs and the staff are friendly, helpful and always available when I had questions. I'm so glad I've become a member of this credit union. I know they care about needs of their members and they offer great products that will fit your financial need. Apply to become a member TODAY!

  CCU has been a wonderful resource for financing and refinancing! They are quick, professional and get the job done with ease. Wouldn't use any other financial institution for loans. They are also extremely friendly. I am happy to refer others to them with confidence. Proud to be a member!

  It's truly an honor to be able to work with CCU, they are the best. Always there with excellent, quick and expedient customer service. I finally got around to adding overdraft protection to my account and Justin Rea was sooo helpful and QUICK! Great experience all the way around. I don't know how long I've been with them, but I'm guessing 10+ years. I stay because it works for me and my family!

  I have been with CCU for a few years and have had an exceptional experience. Shelby Martinez with the CCU team was great to work with and took care of items I needed to update with my loan and was able to offer me a great rate while refinancing my vehicle.

  I've been with CCU for >2 years. Top notch organization. Friendly efficient staff. Great location. Convenient hours. Good mobile app. All good. Recently refi'd my car loan. Easy online application and doc upload. Immediate response. Fast review/approval/funding with good terms. Madelin followed up and answered my one question. All good. Highly recommend.

  I’v done BBB searches for all credit unions in Colorado. Despite, really good reviews in some, the BBB grade was less than stellar…except these guys; and this is probably why. 1. The online application was super easy, I was matched with Justin, who made sure the transition from my 20+ year bank was effortless. 2. As a member of a credit union, you are treated like a person not a number, because of this , I mentioned to Justin to update my loan information, which he quickly recognized I didn’t have. I accidentally applied for a loan at a different bank “credit union of colorado” which he caught because he ‘s awesome and again, I was a member not a customer. 3. I went into the branch to get a doc. notarized. There were no lines, I gave my first name and within minutes, without further explanation (not even last name) the right document was signed and I was in and out within minutes. 4. The only regret I have is not switching over sooner, I’m very much looking forward to this new banking relationship that started off perfectly and scored a free pen , thank you Colorado Credit Union!

  It is amazing to work with a company where the phone is always answered, all questions are responded too, and they just care about the customers experience. I did a personal HELOC with CCU and it was by far the easiest loan I have ever received. Thank you CCU

  This branch is a complete waste of time! Justin and Victoria will keep you waiting on weeks ends with terrible communication, false promises. This was the worst banking experience I have ever had, I wouldn't recommend this place or either of these associates to anyone.
