  I've been leasing a home with a landlord for 6 yrs. At the end of our lease we were given 30 days to vacate the home. That's fine, I understand that the homeowner wants to cash out and get a big payday. The home gained over $100k in equity just this past year. The problem I have with this management company was that we went overboard in cleaning the home, and even made improvements on the property since being there for 6 yrs. like an RV space with a heavy duty double gate entry. We had to ask what was going on with our deposit after moving out for 4 weeks. They said they would get us a check sent certified within a few days. After receiving the letter they came up with charges that of course almost equaled our deposit. So I want to let anyone thinking about leasing with this company to prepare to lose your security deposit despite doing all you can to

  Buyer/Potential Buyer Beware: Prepare to deal with aggressive realtors that throw you away like a piece of garbage when you don't tell them exactly what they want to hear. I reached out to a realtor that I had been following on their personal Instagram since 2019 because my husband and I were looking to rent and/or purchase a home in Las Vegas (we do not currently live in Vegas). This realtor gave me their contact information and began emailing me weekly housing listings which we enjoyed. The realtor began aggressively asking when are we planning on moving and trying to use scare tactics to get us to get the ball rolling faster so they could make a sale. When I told this realtor that my husband weren't planning on moving to Las Vegas for about a year or two due to our current situation, we were just weighing out our options. They responded and said they couldn't be of assistance, referred us to someone else, stopped emailing us weekly listings, they unfollowed me from Instagram ad well as removed me as a follower from their personal Instagram. This was such an immature and petty act of spite because we couldn't give them a sale right away. Never throw away potential clients because this could cost this company a fortune. We have moved on to another company.

  We live in a gated community that has a posted sign at the entrance that says no soliciting. We literally have a sign on our door that says no soliciting and a giant go away sign. This is bad marketing on your behalf.

  Coldwell Banker Premier Realty provided me with an excellent service! I was referred to them by a friend who they had also assisted in finding a home with a VA loan. I was quickly matched with a local agent who specialized in the area I was looking in. It took some time for me to find the perfect home, but my agent Joel was patient, and once we found it, the closing process was very quick. I don't intend to sell my house anytime soon, but if I did, I would definitely use them again!

  One of the best decisions I have made is having Coldwell Banker Premier Realty manage my property in Las Vegas, NV. They make being a landlord so easy. There are times I forget I even own a property in Las Vegas because they make the whole process so effortless.   Coldwell Banker has been an amazing business partner to me both professionally and then personally for the past 5 years. I first met Allison Wax when I began working with a large, global gaming manufacturer in Las Vegas, NV as a Corporate Recruiter. Allison approached me seeking to form a working relationship with our organization in recruiting top engineers and software developers for our Las Vegas location. When I would fly candidates out to LV for their final interview, Allison would Personally appoint one of the brokers in her office to pick up the candidate after their interview was complete at the office, they would tour my candidate (and spouse if they traveled with) around Las Vegas, show them rental properties or homes for sale, the schools in the area and have lunch before even occasionally returning them to the airport for their return flight home. All at no cost to me or my company. Often this would lead to a home sale after the candidate started their new job with us. This was a TREMENDOUS relationship that was mutually beneficial in our recruiting efforts. When I moved from Las Vegas to New York in 2020, Allison was the first and only Realtor I contacted to sell my own home and again was blown away at the attention and care her office showed my listing. Joel Lifschutz responded to my home, developed a sales strategy and began aggressively marketing our home leading quickly to a terrific offer (above asking) and easy closure on the sale. If there were 100 stars to give Allison Wax, Joel Lifschutz and Coldwell Banker it would still not be enough to represent my endorsement of them both personally and professionally. Thank you Allison, Joel and all those on your team that always made me feel like I was your only priority.

  I recently had a great experience working with Chelsie, Kristi and Tyler finding a tenant for my home. The process was so seamless and easy and I couldn't recommend them more highly. I'm a first time landlord who had no idea where to start in the process of renting my house out, and I'm glad I decided to work with a professional property management company instead of trying to do it myself. There were tons of steps and details involved in the process that I didn't have worry about because the team was handling them for me quietly in the background. Communication was friendly and excellent. Almost everything was handled via phone and email which was convenient. And best of all, I found amazing tenants whom I hope will be happy in their new home.   Coldwell Banker manages my property in Las Vegas. I am in California, but I never have a worry about Nevada. Coldwell Banker does an excellent job. They placed reliable tennants in the house. They take care of any issues that may come up. You can always reach them and get quick answers to your questions. I highly recommend their services.
