  I had a really good experience working Cody Touchette's team / Caliber. The team i worked was very professional and gave their 100% to meet my closing timelines for my residential loan.. Also want to mention Randy here from Cody’s team who went an extra mile to educate me through each step during the loan structure process. I would recommed Cody's team/Caliber to first time home buyers as they will take good care of you and their team will walk you through each step.   Cody was able to get me a 5% down payment mortgage when everyone else could only get me 10%. we even closed earlier than planned. Cody and his team was very responsive through the whole process and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage team to work with.
