  Erin fought for us every step of the way!!! Her experience, and knowledge and her ability to connect with our story was huge for us! When you speak to her on the phone you can tell she truly cares, and will do everything in her power to get you into a home. My family, lived out of a residential space turned commercial space that only had a sink and a bathroom. For over two years we showered at my mother-in-law’s, cooked food out of our makeshift. With portable burners/toaster oven. Thanks to Erin, we have our first home! AMEN! Hallelujah!! Do not hesitate on choosing Erin prior! When you are self-employed like I am, it’s way more complicated to buy a home! Especially during Covid! Erin got it done! And I don’t think too many other people could’ve got it done.   I acquired a home loan through Matt Allen. I've purchased several homes and this transaction was unremarkable in terms of customer service. Certainly after I'd paid the closing fees, and dealt with being treated so poorly by Caliber's general customer service, Matt no longer had interest in helping me. You may have a loan officer who is helpful and reassuring in the beginning, and who sends you a $20 Starbucks gift card as a thank you in the end, but is that flimsy offer of appreciation worth 30 years of poor customer service ahead? Not to me. 1/9/2020 Oh, I see Caliber has responded with an excuse which blames the customer for mistaking the loan officer for someone else and exaggerating that there are "2 reviews that were misdirected" when there was 1 review where the business owner asks if my poor review was meant for them. Caliber glosses over my response to the business owner where I assert that the review was indeed meant for them just as this review is meant for Matt Allen at Caliber. I have suspended a major portion of complaints to keep my anonymity. Be thankful for that. If my spouse and I want to share an account using our family names, we are entitled to do so. As well, why on Earth would anyone wish to criticize a company they don't actually have a complaint with?

Perhaps you have mistaken Matt Allen at Caliber Home Loans for another loan officer? We kindly ask that you remove your review and we have even gone the extra mile by providing you with steps that may be of assistance (as it appears you have 2 additional reviews on your profile that were also misdirected), per the responses of the businesses who also mentioned having no recollection of assisting you as well. 1.
