  I asked for $205 dollars from the ATM and without asking if the amount was correct or confirming the amount I asked for, they assumed I said $500 dollars and deducted it without question or pause. And had the nerve to tell me they heard a different number, no apology whatsoever! I though I would save myself some time going to Cliff's but now I have to spend more time go to my bank from Cliff's to redeposit this extra cash I didn't need. Truly a waste of my time and money!

  Stop by around 8:15 to cash a money order. Only one cashier working in a 24 hr business. How can one individual accommodate over 20 people at a time. The line, needless to say, was long. The cashier stated that customer service was closed so if you had never cashed a check with Cliffs then you couldn't. Why is customer service open 24 hr like the store front is. Seen like a bait to me. I finally made it to the front got her to tell me I couldn't cash a money order because of customer service. What customer service closed before 8p. Y'all might as well shut this business down if you can't assist.

  if I could give them negative points I would very rude not patient at all not people persons that's working there. Need different customer service reps. I have a big old sign up there that says loans but they don't do loans. Talk about false advertising

  Ghetto simple minded workers who only deal with state ID And DL. I use my Government Issue ID AND couldnt recieve my moneygram at this certain location. RIDICULOUS and got attitude like im wrong. Government overrules STATE ID!! -Crenshaw out

  They dont sell lottery tickets if they window dont have it and the other does have it thats not right sometimes thats all i want is tickets.
