Please Hire new people that can at least fake good customer service! Baylor please do better. Almost all of the people that work there a rude! They all have a sour face, then they get upset when you ask a question or have an attitude. Went by drive through, to avoid the ladies inside and the lady at the drive through was just as bad!

I have been very happy with changing to them. I am treated like I am a person (rather than a random account number). They are generally quick to respond and do everything they can to help. (I dont understand the reviews that say bad customer service i could not disagree more with that opinion) My only complaint is that sometimes it does take a few tries to get a hold of someone if you are calling. Over all i wish i had changed to them sooner!

RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! YOUR MONEY WILL THANK YOU! The Customer Service with this Bank is Absolutely Horrible! If you want to be treated like a child by all means open an account. From Tellers to Loan Officers they speak to you how they please. If you get a loan through them and want to refinance for lower interest rate. Nope they don't do that. Spoke with the manager today in regards to an issue I had with a loan officer. Called to get a copy of my title moved to a new financial institution since they wouldn't refinance my car loan. Took 4 days to get what I needed, because the first copy of the Title sent via email was unreadable. The Loan office proceeds to tell me that it's not her problem that they ran out of toner. So how is that my problem? I need a copy of my title. Once finally speaking with the manager he tell's me my story is hard to believe. WOW! So your employee can speak to me anyway they want and the customer is the problem? Right! Needless to say I am finally leaving after years of customer service hell. Really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but no way. Every experience I have had from a simple mobile deposited check to needing an increase on my spending limit for the day, all of which never dealt with simplicity. I believe in reviews because why should anyone be treated like that. To trust an financial institution to help you grow and work with you, is extremely important. After years with this Bank I am telling you that it is not here. I have so much more to say but this last issue was the straw. Hope this helps anyone not to make that same mistake I did.

Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever joined. Baylor credit union will relentlessly charge fee, upon fee, upon fee. Have ISF because your paycheck gets delivered via direct deposit late? Fee. Have a thousand dollars in your savings account but the mobile app is down and you can’t transfer from one account to the other to prevent an overdraft? Fee. Have a bill on autopay and Baylor rejects it because there aren’t enough funds in your account to cover the bill because you’re trying to close your account? Fee, have the same auto draft bill try to attempt to run again? Rejected by Baylor again? Fee. And try to get a hold of someone directly? I’ve never been able to call and speak with someone. I’ve 100% of the time had to leave a voicemail and wait for them to return the call at their convenience, then when they do call back they speak to you condescendingly, rude and outright disrespectfully. I really wish I could turn back time to NEVER open an account with them and have avoided all this stress. I’ve paid more in fees in the 6 months I’ve had this account than ever before in my life combined. Absolutely ridiculous.

I choose this bank for the incentive of working for Baylor. However I am sadly disappointed. This is in my opinion the worst bank. They take banking back to the 1980's. If you lose your debit card and like every other bank that can issue a ATM card, they can't. You have to wait 7-10 business days. All of the apps are outdated. The people when you call have attitude or don't know their own policy. Not to mention the loan officers as well. Worse decision of my life banking with these people. Don't get sucked in like me people

I opened an account yesterday. The teller was extremely nice. However I was also interested in a Auto loan, she advised that I should speak to one of the advisors. When I approach the advisor she didn't acknowledge me at all, when ask about the Auto loan all she said was do it online. She didn't take the time to explain anything or cared to. My coworker mentioned to me they would need my paystubs, so I said to the advisor " dont you also need my paystubs " she replied oh yea, you'll hear back within 24-48 hrs. She didnt ask me for my name or anything. Why work in customer service if you have poor manners , and don't care to treat everyone fairly...quite disgusting if you ask me.

This is not a good bank. They are hard to deal with and the girl that works in downtown branch is very rude. When you call the local number with any normal questions regarding your account she acts as if you're bothering her and being an inconvenience. I think she may even be a the manager because her voice sounds very familiar each time I have called. Very bad service and unprofessional.

I kept telling myself to give them another chance. But the customer is so bad I refuse to. There has to be a better way to treat your employees and members. Horrible customer service from start to finish. I'm putting my money back under my mattress.

This is the worst bank to ever join! To start off, the customer service from the entire staff is horrible, on top of that if you ever lose your debit card you have to wait 7-10 business days to get another one because they do not issue temporary cards to customers. Their business hours are the same as most of Baylor employees which means when you get off work you cant make a stop at the bank because they'll already be closed. Horrible Customer Service, Horrible bank and horrible experience!!
