  Bought my vehicle there and have all the service work done there even after the warranty was up. Never feel pressured by the sales staff, parts desk people have always been great answering questions, service department is great and actually cheaper on oil changes than a certain quick lube place down the road.

  I LOVED everyone in the service department. I had to have my ac fixed and they had to install a new compressor. I took my vehicle and dropped it off for a few hours and they got the new compressor installed and called to let me know my car was done for the time being but they realized there was a main line that also had a leak so they had to order that part and I had to take my vehicle back the next week and had to pay labor costs for something I wish they would have caught my first trip 😔. Cost way more than I thought it would, but pleased with the service!!!!!

  I would rate this if possible only .5 a star as the only good was finding out what I didn't want as it was the first time trying to buy at a dealership and not another hand me down.. they were misleading, uninformative, and worst was the thought to push a vehicle for their gains not my family interests. The vehicle they showed me was said to be a 2017 it was actually a 2015. It had 100k miles on it with an outrageous price tag, damage to the body as well as rust is several spots including the tire rods.. when asking about other vehicles wasn't shown anything else to get an idea if it fit my needs, and was even asked "what about cars" and when asked what do you have in mind was told nor shown anything.. please do yourselves a favor and look around we were fortunate to find a better vehicle with another dealership that actually took our needs above their own. To your reply.. I can go ok for a while if you want can call me or my husband for all details if you like. Things to work on.. listen to the customer, if I ask simple questions would like an answer. Example asked 3 times what the credit cap we were set at finally got an answer . Spend time with your customers not financial individual as we had plenty of alone time to search for other places for price comparisons. For same price if not less we found a 2018 chevy equinox with 36k miles on it not the one you had with 88k. The other sales team actually spent the time with us allotted us several vehicles to test drive and the financial individual actually came out to us to talk to us through the entire experience not just sit in an office throwing numbers to the wind. The easiest way to put it we did not feel appreciated or thought of when there. Can't fix what happened but we went with the other guy. Best of luck in your future. 😃😊🙂😀😄😁

  Kairee, we are very sorry for how you describe your experience, but more disappointed in the hurtful words. We thought we got along well. The first vehicle you were shown was based on the budget you wanted to stick with and the amount you indicated you wanted to put down; you asked about another vehicle that was more expensive and in order to keep your payment where you wanted it would take more down payment to reach that goal, and you said you were OK with that. We asked other questions, said you wanted to think about it and we did not pressure you into not taking the time to think about it. We thought we got along well and when you left you showed no signs of being upset with the process. We are very curious as to what changed between those times? We understand you were getting started and may not have realized the current market on vehicles, they are up right now -- everything is, cars, gas, groceries, concert tickets, mowers, you name it -- everything is more expensive right now and that's the reality we have to deal with and it doesn't appear to be changing anytime soon. We are very concerned that you didn't feel we helped enough, we would sure like a second chance to try and find a solution that works for you.
