  Meridian is amazing. Jacki has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. She makes the loan process so easy, headache free! She is very accessible and returns calls/emails very quickly. Their rates are the best around! The bank has an app that makes it easy to follow, pay loans and balance accounts. Highly recommend Jacki and Meridian bank.

  Meridian Credit Union is the "BEST" to work with!! I needed a loan for a camper that I wanted and the sellers said first to get the money gets it. Meridian CU had my loan to me in about a day and a half! A huge thanks to Jackie and Brenda in the Ottumwa location for working with me! They are the best!! Thanks again!!

  Meridian C.U. is my choice because they make it easy to do business. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Whether it is dealing with accounts or securing a loan, the process is effortless. I appreciate the staff so much! I have dealt with another institution in town and Meridian is hands down a better choice over a corporate owned bank!

  As a new customer to meridian the staff was excellent. The process of opening new accounts and the loan process was flawless. Jackie and the crew went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and actually felt like i was appreciated as a customer, when I walk in the door it's as if I have been doing business there for ever..keep up the good work guys!!

  Jacki and Brenda at meridian are very helpful, usually have the best rates and always make you feel appreciated. You don't get the same service at other banks like meridian does.

  I have been with Meridian credit Union since I've moved to a ottumwa 12 years ago they are fast friendly and always there for me when I need them
