  We absolutely loved working with Civic! Our broker Blake Rogers agreed to meet us in person and we were very impressed with his knowledge, responsiveness, honesty, and genuine understanding of what WE needed, and try to work with that. We were on a tight timeline and closed in about 2 weeks after we made final decision to move forward! Blake Rodgers and Jeremy Soldate were lightning fast and always available - how refreshing! Great overall experience working with Civic and will definitely be doing business with them again!

  The absolute worst hard money lender, I have used quite a few, and I cannot stress enough how terrible they are. They take weeks to get a draw to you, there is no online portal, they charge huge fees. They took over a week just to get a payoff statement to the title company for the sale of the home. It took months just to close the loan when they said it would be weeks. DO NOT USE THEM, READ ALL THE PAPERWORK.

  Rance is awesome, so is Rebecca. They made the loan process a breeze.They are direct lender, so they are not all the time looking to sell your loan to Wall Street, means you qualify easy.They will walk the talk and do the loans that no one else will do. They will minimize your hassle by doing many of the paperwork and insurance issues themselves in house. They also have very flexible and varieties of loan programs that you can use according to your time, needs and investment strategy. It really is a straight forward financing according to your needs.Much less requirements and variables in compared to any other lender.They can do what they say they will do. I highly recommend them to everyone looking to finance new purchase or refinance.
