  As soon as we selected Kyle Steppe to be our agent in purchasing a home he got started right away. We received a list of perspective homes in the area from Stephanie based off the requirements we gave Kyle. He showed us multiple houses and then got our offer in quick when we selected a home. He was even able to negotiate a price lower than the asking price for us! I was preapproved for a loan and when I showed Kyle the terms he got me in touch with another lender and was able to get me an even better rate. That lender was awesome through the process too, a great recommendation by Kyle. There were challenges along the way with the person selling their house and getting repairs that were required after the inspection done. Kyle made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and really held the other realtor and the previous owner accountable for what they promised in the agreement. He made several trips to the home when it was being repaired to make sure the projects were completed on time and the house was delivered to us in a satisfactory condition. His knowledge of the area and the whole sales process was outstanding and I can’t recommend him enough if you were looking to purchase or sell a home.   Tenant here of a property managed by Century 21. We (roommates and I) just signed our 2nd lease renewal and have been very happy with the service we have received. The online portal is informative, user friendly, and makes paying rent or requesting maintenance easy. Shout out to our property manager (Gwevener Canon) who has done and continues to do a wonderful job! She is very accessible and responds to our issues and concerns in a timely manner which is very much appreciated. She cares about her tenants. Having dealt with about 4 different management companies over the past 6-7 years, I have to say I am happy with Century21 and looking forward to more years to come. Thank you!

  My agent, Tracy Mettier helped us so much in the purchase of our home. We had some frustrating challenges with our inspections and our lender, so many hoops to navigate and she was the quiet in the storm! Thank goodness she was there to handled so many details for us! I really felt like she went above and beyond for us. There was great communication throughout the whole process. Tracy seemed to have great support, tools, and resources with Century 21, so great teamwork! I highly recommend Tracy and Century 21!

  What a nightmare..... So I had an agent when Kristina Zebell called me and made a bunch of promises. My house is in Kent but I live in Los Angeles. Kristina promised to have her amazing team come in and do everything. All I had to do is give her the keys. My tenant had a dog and she said her team can come in and clean the whole house and shampoo carpets. She said her team can get rid of any dog smell. So I gave her the keys and told her I needed to see their work before I leave town so I know it is sell ready. I went to look at the house at 9:00am the day after they were supposed to have cleaned and the carpet was soaked. It did smell good through. However the cleaner was extremely sloppy. She didn’t sweep the corners of the floors or clean the sinks and counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. Do really all she did was mop and shampoo the carpets. Kristina met me at the house and I pointed out to her that the cleaner did not sweep, clean sinks or counters..... she said, oh well she’s probably going to finish later.... really?? So I left it alone and just cleaned the kitchen myself. I then left the house for a couple hours and when I went back to the house..... as soon as I opened the front door it smelled like wet dog. So I am assuming the “Cleaning Team” had just finished the house before we got there. When I called Kristina to tell her my house smelled like Dog, she told me “Don’t worry, we’ll open a window and put some air freshener in there”. Really??? She said the smell will not come out and she would not be able to get a professional carpet cleaning company to come out for at least a week and a half. So I called Chem-Dry who immediately assured me they would come to my house same day....... Today..... and clean and sanitize the whole house. So to make a long story short... she makes huge promises and they mean nothing. I asked Kristina to cancel my listing immediately and remove the lock box from my house. She then sent me 3 very rude messages and blamed me for her team being sloppy. She then sent me an invoice for $295 after bragging during her sales speech that her cleaner charges only $150....... whatever..... it’s best to cut my losses now. If she cannot deliver during the prep..... then I want nothing to do with this company during the sale.

  This company has been hounding me for months about selling a house that I don’t own and never have owned. I have asked them on multiple occasions to remove my number from their system and yet they continue to contact me. I don’t know who gave them my number but it’s been eight months and and long from funny. Even if I did have the option to buy a house I would NOT use this company!

  Taylor Wolcott is my agent did and he did an absolute fantastic job selling my Kirkland condo, he worked hard and was always in touch throughout the whole process, very impressed with Taylor and Century 21.

  I called to ask about a property that was listed thru this agency. The agent who had the listing told me the house was messy! She did not have one positive thing to say about her listing. The house has been on the market since October and she has done NOTHING to promote this house! No realtor open houses (where local agents tour the house to see what’s on the market locally), no open houses for the public ... NOTHING!!! She had the audacity to put in the listing that the owners are “behind in their mortgage payments”. WHO DOES THAT??? Wouldn’t “motivated seller” work better? Doesn’t the broker or someone at the agency review the listing before it is out there for all to see??? I called because I saw her sign on a neighbor’s property and was “interviewing” her to see if I wanted to list with her - I thought if she had two listings in Freeland I might get more traffic. I have bought and sold 12+ properties in my life and have used Century 21 often. This agent (who refused to tell me how long she’d been a realtor or her sales record) is a disgrace to this agency and Century 21. The agent I spoke to was Robin Price. I just read their “reviews” - please note that many of the “positive” reviews are FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES!!!! I really don’t care if their employees like each other or enjoy working there! A seller/buyer wants results! I’m not looking for new friends or a place to work. I want a PROFESSIONAL who has MY best interests in mind ~ someone who will work hard to sell my property. If you scroll thru the ratings, many of the 5 star reviews have no comments ~ I recognized one name and scrolled up ~ the EMPLOYEES are giving this agency 5 star reviews with no comments and doing this multiple times.
