      The lady at the front desk didn't have to be so dang rude to me! I'm sorry I didn't know what time they closed today, I just got behind the person that was already there. Don't worry I won't be back to ANY citizens bank since that's how your employees act.

      The worst customer service I've had in a very long time at this location... Several people in line with 3 tellers that completely ignored those in line. After 15 minutes of standing in line ignored walked out. Would have been a different story if even one had told us they would be with us... nothing... very poor service...

      This branch is very slow. A guy who works at the bank coin collector , hi was trying to buy a coins from one customer for him self and I offered more and I get it.So it wasn’t nice to do that from the person who works at the bank. If I will be the boss, I will fire that guy.
