  During this pandemic I lost my income. I went to 2 pawn shops, no one would take my laptop and new Chromebook book. I went on google and found Suburban Jewelry & Loan. I went straight there and they helped. Customer service is GREAT, they were friendly and understanding. THANK YOU so so much for helping me. If you ever in a bind I recommend Suburban Jewelry & Loan!!

  An excellent establishment to say the least. Went to purchase an angle grinder found on craigslist and it was sold before we showed up - yet, no worries - found a different grinder among the tool selection which was essentially the same thing, just $60 cheaper! We'll be back, for sure - not only for perusing the best variety of wares you will find in Cheektowaga - but to drop by and say hi to the friendliest pawn shop you won't find anywhere else!

  The staff was extremely knowledgeable and extremely professional! When it came to pricing, they were amazing and totally reasonable- unlike the other shops that I previously visited! They were very easy to work with, understanding, helpful, and just good people- check it out! I’ll be frequenting this shop regularly:)

  Staff is honest and knowledgeable...every time I go there I learn something new...I've purchased a hp laptop from them in 2014 for a great price and it's still functional. I've also done a few successful loan with them...each time a smooth experience

  I love love love them!!! They have all been extremely caring and accommodating each & every time. I have never had a baf experience and consider them my number 1 go to. Will never go anywhere else!

  Absolutely do not go here to sell anything! You will get ripped off. Went in pretending like I didn’t know about diamonds and and employee tried to buy my $600 diamond for $50. Telling me that was all it was worth. If you enjoy getting ripped off this is the place for you.

  we're sorry you spent $600.00 on that diamond, but that was the real rip off. you bought it for way to much at some other jewelry store.
