  Called me and told me I owed $1393, told them Dr didn't send to right insurance. Dr refiled and insurance said I owed $227. Didn't hear from anyone before but the day I got EOC from insurance they called and said I still owed $1393. Told them I got insurance and it said I owed $200. Guy told me I owed $227.50 and would I like to pay by credit card. Funny how he knew down to the penny how much I owed, but at first wanted me to pay $1393?!?!?!? I told him I didn't pay over the phone by card or check. Said to send me a bill with an account number on it. They said they didn't do that and I should pay it because insurance said I owed it. I told him insurance didn't give me an account number and as soon as they provided me a new bill I WOULD PAY THEM BUT NOT BEFORE! So we shall see where it goes! Update: they sent me bill and I paid...I won!

  Tried to call to get payoff balance, because my auto loan was sold to them by Bank of Ozarks, and some lazy ass can't be bothered to pick up the phone. Just let's it ring while they sit in their cube . Probably playing on their phone or something else wasting consumers and company time. It took 4 call backs until a very nice woman answered and assisted me.

  Hi all! Do not work with this company! Resolve whatever issues with your bank because they are rude and completely unprofessional. I spoke with a woman by the name of dawn, jeff, Ted and marahawn and the experience was horrible. I do not even want to give them a star but without giving them 1 star you can not comment. Jeff specifically was the rudest of them all. Asking me questions that were inappropriate and irrelevant to why I was calling. He kept cutting me off to make his point and really made me upset. I ended up recording the entire 32 minute conversation and sending it to the better business bureau. ONCE AGAIN, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

  This company presents itself as a legitimate debt collector. It is not. This is a fraudulant business that attempts to bully, harass, and threaten consumers into paying off debt. The funds they are attempting to collect from me is from a credit card I paid off in full 12 years ago. Do not provide any personal information to them. If you feel they might be referring to a debt you owe MAKE THEM SEND YOU THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR INFORMATION before you pay anything in the mail. Companies that sell bad debt can even sell your bad debt they have already collected on. Yes, this company is trying to get you to pay a debt you either already have paid or straight up don't owe on. Be very cautious friends.

  Absolutely horrible company to deal with. When my credit counselor called them to settle, they sent the loan back to the original lender so they could still collect their commission. Absolute backwards company with sleezy, arrogant, rude, and lying people working for them. I know this isn't exactly the best situation to be in, but Lord almighty you don't have to be like this.

  I'm assuming someone fraudulently signed up for a credit card using some of my personal information, because I got a call out of the blue from CMS regarding an unpaid credit card debt. They were about to demonstrate how bad a collection agency can be, but then the manager got on the phone and actually tried to work with me and Citi to figure out what really happened. That is much more than I can say for most collection agency. I'm still waiting for an outcome, but I was not rudely badgered or attacked by a person who acts like everyone is a deadbeat.

  Great Place to work. Nice office and staff Temika is the best boss to work for. Anton is down to earth and very helpful. The jobs are easy if you really want to work for a living

  This company called me asking for a person who has not owned my phone number for more than 6 years. When asked to give a compliance address, the (male) caller started to obfuscate and when I called him on it, he blamed me. I will be sending that compliance letter and I will be turning in information to my state's Attorney General's office.
