Katelyn Mahoney1I went into the 25 E. Main street branch to do a name change. I recently got married and needed all my cards and accounts to reflect my new name. My credit card also expired so I needed a new one. I went in person to do the name change and show my married license and new Social Security Card. However, this was my third time requesting a new credit card. Every time I called Citzens bank to order a new one, I would wait and wait and not receive it. I thought going in person would get the job done. I was helped by Montserrad Perez Pena. She was very friendly. But after waiting 3 weeks, I did not receive my new debit card in the mail. I just called her this morning, and she told that "My recollection was that we decided to keep your maiden name on the debit card and your married name on the credit card." Why would anyone do that? Therefore, a new debit card was not ordered the day I went in person. She was nice, but incompetent. I would strongly advice you to go to another branch.

Todd Cassar1I was welcomed in during covid19 to open a new bank account. But after waiting 3 weeks for my debit card to come in I decided it was a sign of their incompetence!!!! So when I came back to close my account they didn't want me to come in. When I called about my card they gave me a cooperate number. Which was always busy. Horrible bank, incompetent staff, unrea

Phylis Brisgone3I have been with this bank for over 25 years, before it was Citizens Bank. The staff at this location are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. My only complaint with this bank in general is their excessive fees. I don't know of any other major bank that charges for an overdraft every 3 - 5 days they will tack on more fees in addition to the initial $35 that is charged. If I finally leave this bank it will only be due to the excessive fees charged.
