  Not a great experience with this branch, I went in to deposit checks for my husband, I had my toddler with me so I wanted to use the drive through, which was closed at 10:45am on a Monday. When I went in, the teller was not friendly. I brought a deposit slip from his check book and the checks, she asked if it was going into his checking or the joint account, which we do not have with American hereatige. I stated that we don’t have a joint account here and she replied very snarky telling me that he has multiple accounts with them, and that the deposit slip that I gave her didn’t give her much information. I’ve never had a problem bringing a deposit slip from the check book before. Very disappointed in the customer service, I will not be coming back

  I have been a fan of AHDCU since I got a car loan in 2015. I would have given 5 stars if you hadn't hit me with a late fee for missing a payment on my credit card. I have never missed a payment in fact have paid all loans off years early. I rarely owe anything on my credit card as I pay that off in a short period of time as well. For this loan you felt a need to lower my credit limit significantly despite all I have stated above. The person who helped me start this loan got that fee returned and another helped me keep the interest rate I had again despite others trying to raise it once you lowered the limit. I will pay thos loan off early as well. I was diagnosed with terminal cancer last year and I immediately paid off my truck loan. Turns out I beat it with God's will and will pay this off too. I wish you had considered all of this when considering the loan.

  We went to Lansdale American Heritage in need of a notary today. We signed into the computer for services -notary not listed so selected other. We waited there about 30 minutes. They called 2 other people who came way after we did. Very frustrating. The one worker knew a man waiting and took him ahead of us. Why sign into the computer if not going to call customers in order. Went to Fazio Tags with no wait and awesome service.

  Staff were very nice and courteous. I was opening a new business checking account and closing one since I changed the name of my business. It took me four trips to accomplish. Would be nice to have a checklist of all things needed beforehand. Was beginning to get ridiculous. If I needed to come once again I was going to look elsewhere. We have been customers for many many years.....

  The Branch Manager was Outstanding in all aspects, help me with my transfer from one institution to American heritage. He went over mobile app; & the best ways it will help Me with my daily transactions. Very knowledgeable, very helpful.
