  Vicky was amazing! Her steadfast attention and continued help in assisting us meet the qualifications necessary for us to acquire a loan was well above and beyond what any other lenders would provide to us! As a self-employed applicant I don't believe we would have been able to get a loan without her assistance. Throughout several months she guided us and provided recommendations on improving our loan success, especially appreciated was her guidance in improving our credit.   Vickie’s attention to detail and level of customer service made the stressful house purchasing process an easy process!   Supreme lending so far is the best mortgage firm I have dealt with. Victoria and Rene are so Professional and helpful. They answer their phone and emails right away which is something you don't see nowdays. My mortgage was done fast and on time. I am very happy I came across them and will definitely refer them to my friends and family.

  This is the second time we've used Supreme Lending. First when we bought our house and again for the refiance. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and informative. Any questions were quickly answered. A special nod to Stewart and Renee. They go above and beyond to make the buying or refinancing process easy!!   I contacted Mike Drew through email about a first time mortgage. He told me to fill out the form online which I did and then I didn’t hear back for a while. I emailed and asked how long the process would take as we were in a time crunch to move from our apt and needed to figure out what our next move was. He never responded. I called and he said he was sorry, that he meant to get back and that our chances weren’t great because my husband just got a new truck with a high payment. That truck is paid for by his business so he said maybe he could do something and to send tax papers and whatnot and that I would hear back in 2 days tops and he kept apologizing for not getting back to me (2 weeks total). I sent the info he needed that night (April 4th) and guess what?! I STILL haven’t heard anything from him and it’s now JUNE 17th!!! But yet our loan app is still open in his app. So glad this was our first experience with the home buying process. Really makes me excited for the future! NOT!
