  The absolute worst Bank of America location currently operating. Thursday at 2:30pm and only one teller for the drive thru and inside. Every single time I come here. 8 people in line inside the bank and the line moved once every 20mins. My visit went from depositing business checks to closing my account.

  Drive up took about 25 minutes to attend us when no cars are ahead of us. The check payment to credit card was denied as its has the card holders name. They say it’s has to be on BOfA, come on we were paying like this for years.

  Bank of America Debit and Credit is a joke of a bank. This location is always closed the ATM always down and customer service for Bofa take hours to get a hold of. Save yourself the trouble from ever opening anything with their brand. I’ve never had any issues with any credit card or debit card except their banks.

  Good teller receptionists. Located near cvs and 7-Eleven on valley forge. Manager is also very professional and kind hearted.

  When Is the branch in lansdale gonna start operation?? This is not fair that we have to drive all the way just to bank .

  Generally a good location but in my latest visit they convinced me that due to the types of accounts I have that opening this new one would have no service fee. Well I called BoA and they checked with multiple departments and said that was not true. Had I not called (and not trusted what I was told) I would have been charged a service fee which would have been charged a service fee because it wasn't funded yet.

  You are better off waiting for a train at a bus stop than getting assistance from this branch. Do yourself a favor and take the time and enjoy the drive to another branch. Had intended on opening a new business account but before I could bring that up I was told it would be easier to deposit my checks outside at the ATM in beautiful 20 degree weather.

  My experience sucked like I’m sitting for half an hour the lady doesn’t even knowledge me I had to ask for service I was told to wait and after waiting almost an hour they said they couldn’t help me only by appointments. Time wasted ZERO!!! Not one ⭐️ NONE!!!! 👎 oh and super slow to

  Where can I find a teller? I have a cashier's check that I need deposited today. I do not want to use the app, and have it deposited in 3 days.

  Why in the world would a bank close at 4pm? This has to be the worst bank i know. So glad the only reason I stop here is for cashing checks from grandma otherwise I love using my Credit Union.
