  The employees are friendly and really make an effort to be the friendly bank you go to. Unfortunately, the bank manager (Diana) was misleading and quoted me an exchange rate, but said I could only do it if I opened up a new bank account. So the next day, I went in to open up an account. David (who helped me open it) was very professional and courteous, but once I had completed all the paperwork, and I went to order the money I need exchanged… the bank manager told me she misunderstood my request and that the exchange rate was actually much higher than her prior quote (which I had confirmed with her over the phone yesterday, so if she’s being honest about the misunderstanding, then she was just not listening). And of course, I had already been mislead by her to open up the account, which I was told I had to do before ordering $ for the exchange. Then she had the audacity to tell me that the promotions I was getting with the new account opening would pay for the cost of the rate difference (hard eye roll). The promos are for the inconvenience of opening a new account, switching banks, paperwork, etc. She did say that I could cancel the account (no mention of the inconvenience of wasting 2 hours of my time). Great thanks for stating that option. It’s a shame the day ended that way because my experience there was lovely (until I got to her).

  Worst bank and branch ever. Got charged an overdraft fee although my account never overdraft and they refused to refund me saying it wasn't possible. They'd open a case for me saying I'm unhappy with a transaction. The branch manager is unprofessional and had no idea what was going on. Still didn't give me back my money even though she couldn't figure out why I was charged. BANK WITH PNC! Or a credit union.

  Lady has a permanent scowl on her face. Stood in line for 8 mins while 2 people chat with 1 client. All I wanted was change and she was not very helpful. I have an account. Just look it up lady! No need to waste time and have me back in line to wait! Ever heard of customer service? It goes a long way! After all, we are the reason you have a job!

  ATM took my 20.00. Not first time I add funds and it doesn't count correctly. Like I need to insert them one at a time

  Nobody got back to me regarding my appointment. It seems like this is the least responsive bank. Terrible customer service. I will be closing all my accounts

  Woman at drive up teller took way too long with the person in front of me as well as me. Need better trained employees.

  Bank sucks! Terrible hours. Terrible service. Avoid getting tied up with this bank and save yourself the hassle.

  There are better banks than this around the area. All Citizens Bank locations should be forcibly close.
