  It was amazing working with Chris! She is on top of her stuff and has a lightning fast response time (regardless of the time). She worked in a professional capacity and kept all our paperwork on time and in order. She provided us accurate market information and not up-sell anything.   I would give her 6 stars out of 5 if I could. Chris made the financing part a walk through the park - quick, easy and painless. She is very knowledgeable, professional and a very sweet person! She updated me on every step throughout the process, all the way until the end. It was a pleasure working with her.

  Chris is absolutely AMAZING! My husband and I have been working with her since the Fall of 2021 and she has worked diligently and continues to work diligently to get us into our own home! Her level of customer service and follow-up is exemplary! Her care, concern, and dedication goes beyond measures! I would recommend anyone in this world and beyond to work with Chris on all of their house buying needs. If you are not where you need to be to get approved, she works with you on a detailed plan to get you there quickly, to the home of your dreams!!!!

  If I'd could I would give 100 stars. Chris lived up to all the reviews I read about her and so much more. She was all in with me from the start, even when I had given up, she reached out to me and encouraged me to keep trying. She showed her passion to help, and real honest concern when trying to get me my loan, and to let you know, my case wasn't an easy one, but she stayed with me step by step. I Saw and I felt I wasn't just a number to her. She is super sweet, transparent, and a person that works to figure out a way to get things to work. So, if you are hesitating to start the process due to wanting to find someone you can trust and know they are working for your best, I am telling you to just try Chris, and she will put your fears to rest. I don't know how else to tell you, just take that step and call her, and after you do, think on this review, and know I'm saying you are welcome. And oh, be nice to her, because she will show you she deserves it! Thanks so much Chris.

  My parents purchased out a home through security national and our lender was Christiane Busch. She was exceptional. From beginning to end she told us about the process. Before she even ran credit she advised what was needed to be approved for a home loan. From credit score to down payment, to interest rates to debt to income ratio. She broke everything down for us, so they would be no surprises. We explained our situation and she told us what we needed to work on. We did exactly what she told us and finally it was time to pull credit. And we got pre approved started working with a great realtor Yoana and she was great as well. Found our home and the 2nd phase began. Chris held our hand the entire way and checked in with us regarding updates often. We were never left guessing what was happening next. She always let us know what the next step was going to be. And finally the news we’ve been waiting for clear to close. 👏 Her professionalism and honesty lead us to the closing table. She left a lasting impression on us and we will always highly recommend her. No matter where she is. We will follow. We love you Christiane Busch. Thank you so much 🙏🏽

  Christiane is a wonderful mortgage consultant/loan officer to work with! I had an easy time going through the home buying process, and each time I reached out to her, my questions were always answered and explained in the best possible way. If you are looking for a stress free buying experience, I would recommend using Chris at Fairway. She went above and beyond during the mortgage process, reached out constantly to give me updates, and I always felt like I was in the loop. I could send her a text or email whenever I was too busy to be on a call, and she’d have a response back very quickly! There was not a time during this process where I felt lost or in limbo. We closed quickly and I would highly recommend using Chris if you are ready to buy a home!

  Christiane was extremely helpful during my home buying process. She worked hard to get me an approval and told me what needed to be done to get the best rate. She explained everything to me and helped me understand some terminology that was industry specific. I hope everyone goes through her, to understand everything before signing at the closing.
