Shannon Cooper1Ordered an item off of etsy, used paypal which is linked to my LGE account, PayPal went through but lge canceled it as they said it was an item bought in Russia. Since PayPal already covered it they told me I was in a negative amount blocked my acct and I had to call PayPal to pay from a different acct. All because lge wanted to tell me where I can spend my money. I have to resubmit all bank info to reinstate my paypal.

Ryan helped me today he was helping out from the Woodstock location but it doesn't matter every experience I've had here has been great. Can't believe I wasted so many years banking with the con artist known as Chase do yourself a favor and let LGE be your main bank.

I've had a few more in depth questions and issues to resolve recently and Kiley has gone above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed. J H2o1Longtime customer. They have few branches. They have no live staff. The so called "State of the Art" machines that replaced the humans are a joke. Ate two of my checks, screws up deposits, it never ends. Was a great place to bank but its gone downhill so bad I dread even dealing with them.

John Hammond1Taking tellers away and making it all machines for deposits, cashing checks etc was a HUGE mistake. They completely disregarded the mothers/fathers with children that can’t take the kids out of the car or the elderly that have difficulty walking or getting in and out of their cars. Now we’re dealing with social distancing and allowing only a certain limit in the building, causing lines to build outside of the building... only to find one person inside showing people how to work the machine or answer questions a customer may have. Technology is great sometimes, but you can never replace a kind bank teller with a smiling face, ready to answer questions and assist you immediately. If you’re looking for customer service, look elsewhere.

Joshua Garrett5We are very happy with LGE specifically this Acworth location the staff are very professional and helpful we recently refinanced are vehicle with Kiley Triscik she made the entire process smooth and easy too care of our questions and concerns we are very happy banking with LGE for are business and personal banking.

I went in to change my banking to LGE and was greeted by all their chairs being covered in plastic and a sign that read "no restrooms for our members". I verified that as I actually needed to use one and was told they didnt want to have to clean it all the time so dont open it anymore. Well, if that is the mentality of the business, that they dont want to work to provide the best environment for their customers with something so simple, I certainly won't let them handle something more important. I want to add that I understand that we are dealing with Covid-19. Other banks and businesses have implemented plans to keep their customers safe while still providing exemplary service. The bank I was going to leave still has chairs for their customers and actual human bank tellers. Boy was I wrong to want to leave simply for the promise of better interest rates. After reading reviews, it appears that the fees of emailing or late bill pay checks far outweighs the benefits.

Today I went in and Erin Hunt was especially helpful and wonderful to deal with answered all my questions answered questions I didn't know that I had I personally feel like they care about me when I come in and want to say thanks. Lindsey Rodericks2Used to love going to this bank but the changes that are happening by going to machines instead of tellers just doesn’t sit well with me. There needs to least be at least 1 in-person teller and maybe the rest could be machines. The machine in the drive-through would not take some of my cash for a cash deposit...so I had to go inside anyway. It makes it difficult to deposit a check for someone else as well because you have to have their card for the machine. Before if you had the member number that’s all you needed. Also when we joined they used to be a part of the credit union network. Delta community had lots of perks for our business accounts but their locations were not convenient which is why we chose LGE for our personal and if we needed to make a deposit for our business we could do at the same time. Now, it is a big inconvenience because I have to go to 2 different credit unions to make a cash deposit. I am considering just consolidating to 1 credit union for my business and personal accounts, which is sad because we have been with them for several years and have various accounts.

Peggy Zelaya4Everyone here is really nice but EVERY time I come here it takes FOREVER to get out of. Doesn't matter if I go to the drive thru or not. They just take forever doing everything. It really is making me consider changing banks. Update: I had someone call me from LGE to discuss my experience. She explained everything that was going on with the branch and how sometimes they are short handed and what not. She then went on to apologize about my experience and assured me that things were changing and they were hiring more people.I really appreciate her calling me to explain all that. She really didn't need to and I cant think of any other bank that would even bother to do so. So... Thank you LGE for caring about my concerns.
