Craig kept me informed of the progress and worked hard all the way to the end. Craig and his team worked through all the details and ended up pulling a 3% interest rate, which was far lower than I expected. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with their service.

  Craig and his team were constantly available as we purchased out first home. He was willing to spend time talking with us and walking us through the process. I know that he is still someone that I can reach out to if there is an issue as he is a nice guy who genuinely cares. The team were all kind and excited to get us into a home. If you need help with buying a new home, Craig and Acopia is a good place to go.

  The mortgage process is no fun with the need to submit and resubmit multiple documents, letters, inspections all within a very tight deadline. I first worked with Jackie 6 years ago on a mortgage refinance and she was able to get me an excellent rate with a very smooth transition. She has since done other mortgages for me all without any last minute delays. This summer however in her new role she was exceptional! My own bank would not give me the mortgage on a million dollar condo and so I asked Jackie once again. We had a tight 30 day deadline to get the financing in place and through her meticulous attention to detail, making the extra phone call and caring guidance we were successful! Clearly one of the best in her field!

  Acopia Home Loans Came highly recommended to me by a close friend... so i gave them a shot. the process was easy despite some of the personal financial obstacles that could have prevented me from from getting approved from other lending sources... they got me approved. The ENTIRE TEAM was great to work with... they communicated quickly and responded to every question i had with patience... no matter how dumb my questions were (haha)! i have already recommended Craig (and his team at Acopia) to my family and friends! not only that but i feel like i made some new friends :)
