  Premier Mortgage literally saved my life and my house. If you think I'm being dramatic, keep reading: I was searching for a home for about 6-7 months before I met Mike from Premier Mortgage. At the time, I had an approval letter from a not-so-great-at-all lender and found the house that I wanted. I already had my approval letter with the not-so-great-at-all lender so I went under contract for said house. That's when the lender refused to reach out to me for 2 weeks... that's when I found out they could no longer process my loan. I immediately started looking for another lender/broker and by a stroke of luck was put into contact with Mike from Premier Mortgage. I explained to him my complex and timely situation and he was completely transparent with me. Him and Leslie made the entire situation easy to understand. They walked me through every step like I was their child and moved so quickly. I had a new approval letter before I knew it. Michael is so very resourceful and knows how to get the job done. He'll tell you from the start if he thinks you're a good fit and if he believes you are, you better believe it as well. Leslie is the queen of getting things done, she probably knows me about me than I do at this point, in the best way possible. She's very patient and will make sure you know exactly what you need. Karen is always there for support, with a friendly demeanor. Premier Mortgage quite literally saved me and my family from being homeless because of the negligence and lack of knowledge of another so-called lender/broker. I'll be recommending all of my friends/co-workers to Premier Mortgage as well as be using them in the future.

  Michael, Leslie, and Karen, thank you very very much for your help and all you hard work. Without your constant advice and help I wouldn't be living where I live today. Again, one million thanks for making my dream come true. I will for sure talk about your service, professionalism, and knowledge about the business with many friends.   My realtor referred me to Mike's team to secure a loan for my Mom's home. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. I primarily worked with Mike Diffee and Karen Hornsby. They held our hands through the entire process. They are very knowledgeable and kind and were very patient with us.   I had the pleasure with of working with Mike at Premier Mortgage twice. He was so through, knowledgeable and professional the first time I had to use him and his team again! My experience at Premier Mortgage was seamless and drama-free! Mike was there morning, noon and night to answer all my questions and quail any issues or concerns that arose. It was such a PLEASURE doing business with Premier Mortgage they are now considered family to me. Mike is driven, compassionate and unwavering, which are characteristics that are hard to find in this day. Most lenders just want to take your money and close the deal. Not Premier Mortgage, they worked extremely hard to make sue they got me the BEST rate and the biggest band for my buck!   Matt is extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the process from start to finish. Matt has great communication skills and made a very complex transaction understandable and smooth. When unforeseen items arose he was on it and kept us on track. We shopped several reverse mortgage companies and Matt’s company had the best terms. We’re grateful to have found him!

  It was such a refreshing experience working with Premier Mortgage Exchange, Mike and his team were wonderful. They helped me refinance my home and helped my daughter get into her first home. We started the whole process on both homes at the same time, approx six weeks later I closed on my home, seven days later my daughter closed on hers. Not only did I get a lower interest rate, pay off all my debt, I also walked out of my closing with a check. Mike, Heather, & Leslie were professional, friendly, extremely helpful, and so easy to work with. We cannot THANK them enough for all they did! We both highly recommend Premier Mortgage Exchange!!!

  I was a first time home buyer, I am a single parent, and was scared out of mind by this complex process of finding the perfect home for my boys and I. Mike reassured me from the beginning that he would be straightforward and that everything would go smoothly...IT DID!! It went so smooth I closed on my home within 30 days at a rate lower than I initially expected and I was one of the people to receive a check back at the table during closing!!! That's always a great thing! In short, I terminated the application process with Quicken Loans because of the hidden figures and numbers and went with Premier Mortgage Exchange. Thanks to Mike, Heather and Lisa... a small but hard working team in the best interests of the client in order to put you in the home of your dreams at the greatest rate possible within your budget and less stress during this process! If he made it happen for me, he can do the same for you! Also, don't worry about your credit, if you want to own a home, just pick up the phone and give him a call. He will walk you through your credit report and tell you what needs to be done in order for you to achieve your dream and make one of the most important investments of your life!!!
