  Amy Golden Bandle is hands down the best loan officer I have had the pleasure to work with. Soon after refinancing our home and having a seamless transaction with Fairway Independent Mortgage with Amy at the helm, an opportunity arose. My husband and I found another house to buy, our forever home. Money was tight because we have multiple properties, the market has been wacky and a whole other host of issues. Amy and her team didn't give up on us. They left no stone unturned. They found a new loan product, took training courses to update their talents, dealt with monster document needs from us and got us in the home we plan to stay in forever! Because of their hard work, perseverance, commitment and patience, our young daughter gets to live across the street from her best friend and we all get to enjoy living on a peaceful street with lots of beautiful oak trees.   An amazingly smooth experience and process. Everything was handled electronically expect for closing, which was awesome. Amy was on the ball with getting all the information needed and was quick to respond to any questions I had. I've bought a few homes in the past, but this was by far the smoothest and easiest buying experience I have had. I was expecting the worst with my past home buying experiences, but this was just...perfect. I will suggest Amy to all and if I buy another property she will be the only person I use to get a mortgage and close a loan. Great experience all the way around.
